One session,
start to finish.
Five steps from opening the app to reading your week. No screenshots staged for a marketing page — this is the actual shape of a workout in flexRep, the same whether you’re a powerlifter peaking for a meet or back at 6 AM after a year away.
We'll let you know when there's room.
Quick Log surface. Working facsimile.
-
The walk-in Open it, and you’re already logging.
No onboarding wizard, no profile questionnaire, no permission wall. The app opens straight to Quick Log — today’s workout auto-created, your current gym detected from a single location read, the exercise picker open to your first lift.
One tap so far. App open.
-
The first set Tap, or just say it.
The weight hero shows 225 in 52pt rounded numerals; plate buttons (+5 / +10 / +25 / +45) nudge it. Reps below. Tap Log Set — a light haptic, the receipt row fills in, the rest timer auto-starts on a guess from the set type. Or hold the mic and say “two-twenty-five for five”; the steppers fill, you see the parse, you tap Log.
Two taps to log. One sentence, hands-free.
-
Between sets It gets out of the way.
The rest countdown moves to the Dynamic Island and Lock Screen, so you can pocket the phone and still see it. The Lock Screen plate widget shows exactly what to load — at your current gym’s actual plate inventory. Swipe right on any row to repeat the set; swipe left to edit, with a 15-second undo.
-
Closing out End Workout, and read the thirty seconds after.
A summary, by design: total volume, duration, any PRs flagged in context rather than isolation, and your strength glyph updating quietly. Like the modification you made mid-session? Save the actual workout as a routine in one tap.

Later that week Sunday morning, in three sentences.
Open Insights and the charts explain themselves — every one shows its math on tap. An on-device AI returns a specific, cited verdict: add a set, hold, deload, see a clinician — with a confidence number, never dressed-up certainty. Across a 75-minute session, time spent in the app: under two minutes.
What that one session touched.
The same workout, written native to every surface Apple gives it — not a single rectangle that opens the app and waits.
- Apple Watch Durable offline logging + complication
- Dynamic Island Live rest timer, one-tap actions
- Apple Health Every set written, two ways
- Siri & AirPods “Log a set,” hands-free
- On-device Speech + AI, no server
→ The logging surface, in depth → The charts and their math → The full Apple stack
That’s the whole loop.
Open. Log. Rest. End. Read. Then do it again tomorrow.
We'll let you know when there's room.
