For the lifter coming back

Show up. Tap. Lift.

You don't need an eight-step onboarding to log a bench press. You don't need RPE chips on your first set back. You don't need a streak counter shaming you for last week. Quick Log opens straight to the steppers on every fresh install — no decisions, no setup, no friction between you and the first set.

The pitch

Where flexRep meets you.

Whether you took six weeks off or six years, getting started should be friction-free. flexRep's welcoming-path doctrine puts the logger at the front door on fresh installs and tucks every advanced surface behind one tap in Settings — available the day you want them, invisible until then.

Quick Log on first launch.

Open the app and you're at the steppers. Pick an exercise, ± weight, ± reps, tap Log. No setup wizard. No "are you a beginner / intermediate / advanced" prompt. Just the rack.

Voice logging for in-between sets.

Hold the mic and say "two twenty-five for five." Or press an AirPod stem. Or say "Hey Siri, log a set in flexRep." All on-device — no server round-trip, no audio leaves your phone.

Quiet by default. Loud where you ask.

No "you forgot to work out!" pings two weeks after you uninstall. No streak gamification. The companion voice can be muted entirely in Settings. The app gets out of the way until you specifically pull it in.

The front door

The first surface on a fresh install.

Quick Log opens to a receipt of today's sets above two big steppers and a Log button. Pre-filled from your last set in this exercise. Voice mic next to the Log button. No carousel, no onboarding, no opinion about whether you've trained before.

Quick Log default

The minimal logger surface ships as default on every fresh install. Receipt, two steppers, one Log button. That's it.

Pre-filled last set

Every exercise pre-loads the last weight and reps you used. "Last time: 225×5 · 6 days ago." There before you tap.

Voice — hold to talk, or hands-free

Four triggers: mic button, tap-to-toggle, AirPods press, "Hey Siri." Same on-device parser across all four.

Companion voice with a Quiet Mode

A few sentences a session. Calm coach. Hype off. Mute the voice entirely if you want it gone — the data layer keeps working.

No notifications you didn't ask for

No daily streak ping. No "don't break the chain." No motivational posters. We refuse to gamify your return.

Honest comparison

How it stacks up for someone just getting back

Most "fitness" apps front-load onboarding and progressive-disclosure marketing. flexRep does the opposite: the depth is there, but the front door is a logger.
